​How Do I Place An Order?​

Placing an order is easy: 

• you can use our online shop. simply browse the website and add the chairs or stools you require to your basket.

• call 01535 602141 and speak to one of our team.

• or if you are a government organisation such as a school, university or hospital we accept purchase orders.

Payment

The shop accepts debit and credit cards. IF you would prefer to pay by bacs give the office a call and they will email a proforma to you which will include our bank details to allow payment.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered approx 5 to 10 working days from order.

Returns & Refunds

due to the nature of the product, there is a no-return policy. however, if your chair develops a fault within 5 years of purchase we will look to fix the issue.
